Before submitting an event, be sure you have read over the
GM and Volunteer requirements listed on this other page.
Beginning this year, we have a new event management
system which utilizes a Time Block system. If you look to the
right side, you will see the break down of the Time Blocks for
the duration of the show. Each Time Block is two hours long
with a thirty minute break in between.
You can run a game for a little as a single Time Block. You
can run a game in Time Blocks A & B, or C through E,
depending on the length of your game. Also, with this new
system, a two block game gives you 4 1/2 hours of table
time, which allows for breaks to be taken by the players and
GM, and still afford four full hours of playtime!

To submit your event, please fill out the form below, create a
GM account, and be sure to include a valid email address so
we can contact you. We cannot accept events without a valid
email address at this time, and, besides, it makes it really
hard to communicate.
Once your event has been submitted two things happen. The
area coordinator will work with you on scheduling the event.
Our program manager will make sure you qualify for your
free pass to the show, and make sure you understand the
rules and requirements for running a game at Pacificon
Game Expo. Once they have both approved you, you will be
issued your GM weekend pass for Pacificon, and be all set
to run your game at the show and have a lot of fun!
